When’s the last time you’ve been kissed?

I mean really kissed.

There’s nothing like a good kiss, and yet some married couples choose to opt out. They may swap a quick before-ya-go or welcome-home-but-get-out-of-my-way-because-I’m-busy kiss, but beyond that, kissing has become a lost art. Where did all the kisses go!?!!

Dating couples understand a good date involves going to dinner, maybe even a movie, and spending the rest of the time kissing. Lots of kissing! Of course, dates may also include spending time talking, dreaming, laughing and making memories, but let’s be honest, part of making memories involves making out.

Has kissing become a thing of the past in your marriage? If your answer is yes, then join .

is a commitment to kiss your husband passionately every day for a month. Yes, I said a month. Pecks don’t count. I’m talking about real kisses. The kind of kiss that leaves you breathless and makes onscreen kisses pale in comparison. It doesn’t have to be a make-out marathon, but it does have to be the kind of kiss that says, “Welcome home. I’m glad to see you, and just in case you’re wondering, I can’t get enough of you.”

Why am I issuing a kissing challenge? It’s simple. Kissing is good for relationships. Kissing is exciting, intimate and fun. Kissing even burns calories! Did you know that passionate kissing burns 6.4 calories a minute? A Hershey’s Kiss contains 26 calories, which takes five minutes of walking or about four minutes of kissing to burn off. I think I’ve found my new workout regimen, girls.

Be brave! Take the challenge. Start today. You can do it!
