Brunch Made Easy(er) Part 2

Hello, Darling! Brunch may be one of the most magical meals of the day. Alexandra walks us through her favorite savory brunch dish, the one she gets asked to bring to brunch all the time. It’s a tried-and-true recipe!

Denver Egg Strata

Ingredients

1 dozen eggs
3 c. milk
1 t. yellow mustard
t. salt
t. pepper
1 c. ham, cubed
1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
12 slices white bread, cubed
2 c. sharp shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Wisk eggs.
  2. Add milk and wisk again.
  3. Add mustard, salt and pepper. Wisk again.
  4. Add ham and stir.
  5. Add pepper, onion bread and cheese. Stir.
  6. Spray pan with cooking spray. Pour batter in pan and cover with plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake at 350 for an hour and 10 minutes.
